2. What are your operating hours?

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

 

3. Do you offer after-hours drop-off? 

Yes, we offer after-hours drop-off for your convenience. You can leave your vehicle and keys securely at our location, and we will contact you the next business day.

 

4. What services do you offer? 

Our services include:

  • Regular maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections)

  • Engine diagnostics and repairs

  • Transmission Repair

  • Electric and hybrid vehicle services (tire rotations, brake fluid checks, engine air filter replacements, high voltage cooling system inspections, and checking all fluids including brake, power steering, transmission, and coolant)

  • Radiator flush and cooling system repair

  • Exhaust system and muffler repair

  • Car alignment and suspension services

  • Van and RV services

 

5. Are your technicians certified? 

All our technicians are ASE Certified, ensuring top-quality service and expertise.

 

6. Do you offer warranties on your services? 

Yes, we offer battery, parts, and service warranties to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

 

7. How can I schedule an appointment? 

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 603-964-0178 or emailing mike@baldassarreauto.com. You can also fill out our online appointment request form.

 

8. What is your Frequent Customer Program?

Our Frequent Customer Program offers a $5.00 discount on labor for each oil change, rewarding your loyalty.

 

9. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer several discounts:

  • Customer Referral Program: 5% off labor for each friend you refer

  • Military Discount: 5% off labor for all military members

  • Over 65 Discount: 5% off labor for customers over 65

 

10. How do you handle customer feedback?
